Fantastically quaint bungalow; some ignorable rough edges.

Stayed in the Villa. Was able to park three cars along side/front of house. Fantastic location. Nice layout, spacious common rooms and full kitchen with drip coffee maker, good sized bedrooms. Clean, comfortable traditional shore house. Would book again.

All very minor suggestions but not complaints: Beds were firm firm, toilet paper holder in ground floor bathroom needs to be fixed. It would be great if there were bedside tables and lamps in bedrooms, too much overhead lighting. Ceiling fans would be fabulous.

I would recommend this property to anyone who would go on family vacation.

It was comfortable and great location.

This "villa" is NOT a villa

The only thing positive about this place is the location with how close it is to the boardwalk.

I am extremely disappointed with our stay at this so-called "villa" in Wildwood, NJ. From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating and stressful. The air conditioning system was not working (87 degrees in the house) and we spent over three hours waiting for staff to address/fix the issue. We even attempted to help them fix the issues, going to the store to buy fans and open windows (which were screwed shut) to attempt to cool the house down. After all that time (and at 11pm), the only solution offered was to move us to several hotel rooms which separated my family and did not come with the amenities I paid for. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. The very next night, we were locked out of one of the rooms and had to deal with yet another unnecessary inconvenience. What made this situation even more upsetting was that I was traveling with my family of 8, which included my disabled parents, one of whom requires oxygen and can not be in the heat for long due to respiratory issues. The constant room issues, delays, and lack of accommodations created unnecessary hardship and stress for everyone. Despite all of these problems, no refund, credit, discount, or any other form of compensation was ever offered. There was little concern shown for the inconvenience caused to our family, and customer service was extremely disappointing throughout our stay with staff continuously saying the rooms they gave us were comparable in price. For the amount of money paid and the way this property is advertised, I expected much better. Unfortunately, the lack of functioning amenities, poor communication, and complete disregard for guest comfort make it impossible for me to recommend this property to others.
