I chose this apartment to be close to an open field to observe the eclipse. That worked wonderfully. On a normal day though, it is somewhat away from the interesting points of this beautiful city. On these hot days, the AC could cool down the apartment nicely.
Public transport to the city center is not close.

It was easy to get around Valencia, we booked it because it was close to the event that we attended and it had a nice small kitchen that was useful to us.
Advertised as an apartment, but it’s actually a single-room ground floor converted studio with no separate bedroom. Hot water runs out after just 3–4 minutes. Best suited for one person, maximum two.
