Very good location, clean and worth the money for a short stay.
The hallway to the room looks old and a bit scary. Tiny decoration details like plants, flowers and carpet shown in the photos were missing which removes the coziness I was expecting.

Nice clean modern studio with all you need for a short stay. We stayed one night for our morning flight. It is 13 min walk to monastiraki. The price was good
No coffee available, lots of instructions to get into the room . It is on the 8th floor with much security codes.

The property was extremely central, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was smooth and very detailed at all times. From here, we were able to reach everything we wanted to visit in the city, and it was very easy to connect to our day trips and airport thanks to the nearby metro line. The Central Market is also just a short walk away for anyone who wants to wander around and experience real local life. We felt safe at all times in this location, and there were plenty of services available nearby. Our room didn’t have windows facing the street, but it did have a window overlooking an interior courtyard, which still made it bright and pleasant. We also know that the same property has another room with street‑facing windows. If we return to Athens, we would definitely stay at this property again.
