Absolutely fabulous service from this 5-star hotel!
We were delighted with the complimentary upgrade to a beautiful sea-view room. The customer care team was incredibly quick, efficient, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay.
The service was truly excellent and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back in just two weeks, this time with 4 bookings and 4 rooms.
Thank you to the entire team for such an outstanding experience. We look forward to returning!
ALL is perfect
