The location is very nice. You have a good view of the Palace of Culture & Science. There are numerous restaurants in the area that are extraordinary. The Exchange and Spacca Napoli were both incredible. The area also has a mall nearby, as well as bus/train access.
The apartment building is fairly busy, but remains mostly quiet. There are 2 elevators, but each one had a period being inoperable during our 3 nights(not at the same time thankfully, as the 11th floor wouldnt be fun to walk with bags).
The apartment is small, but works fine for a short stay. The bathroom is fairly nice, clean. There is a fridge, washing machine, stove top, and microwave. The tower fan was nice, it worked well for me while being able to keep my fiance from feeling the constant blowing air.
The apartment is small. It has no couch(nor room to have one), which would be uncomfortable for a longer stay. The bed feels like a very thin pad ontop of hard wood, and there are only two pillows in the apartment which might have a combined thickness of 1cm when compressed.
The window coverings are not good enough. They are both too light colored to block out the morning sun, as well as the outer curtain being too small to cover the width of the windows. Due to this you will either need a sleeping mask, or get used to waking up with the sun at 6.
The apartment itself was mostly clean, but the building is quite dated inside which is itself a turn off.

Fantastische locatie dichtbij alle leuke plekken die we wouden bezoeken
De gordijnen waren te klein voor de ramen. Er kwam licht langs. Ook waren ze te licht. Als je hier wilt slapen in de ochtend na een avond uitgaan is dit geen goed appartement. Ik heb dit al aangegeven bij de verhuurder. Hopelijk passen ze dit aan!
Er is geen koffiezetapparaat.

Apartament super .Wszystko co potrzeba się w nim znajduje (garnek,patelnia,deski czy nawet naczynie żaroodporne i kieliszki też tam znajdziecie)
Widok gdy wstajecie prosto na pałac kultury tylko dodaje mu urok. napewno tu wrócę jak tylko znowu będe jechać do Warszawy ,bo ten widok z okna jest warty aby tu totalnie wrócić ☺️
Czystość ekstra po za jednym mankamentem a mianowicie można by u myć od wewnątrz okno ,bo ta tłusta plama psuła efekt tego pięknego widoku .
Jedynie jeszcze co to fajnie było by wyregulować bądź nasmarować zamek ,bo czasami trzeba było lekko docisnąć drzwi aby zamek przeskoczył
