About this house rental
Beautiful home in Straumgjerde
Enjoy relaxing days in this compact cabin, just a few steps from the lake.
The cabin impresses with its rustic style, dark wood, cosy atmosphere and loving attention to detail. Relax in the living area on the large corner sofa and enjoy the warm atmosphere. Prepare your meals in the modern, dark kitchenette and let your gaze wander through the window into nature. The open-plan layout creates a pleasant sense of space and invites you to linger.
Step out onto the small terrace and breathe in the clear mountain air. Let your gaze wander over the huts of the small holiday area and the surrounding slopes. Enjoy the peace and quiet or set off on a hike through the impressive landscape right from the front door. Lake Nysætervatnet is just a few minutes' walk away, ideal for swimming, fishing or simply relaxing by the water.
Discover the varied surroundings with excursions to Ålesund, Valldal or Geiranger and experience the impressive fjord landscape of Western Norway in all its diversity. In winter, the cross-country ski trails and ski lift are within walking distance, and a short drive takes you to the popular Strandafjellet Ski Centre.
