Nice location and good place to stay with nice ambience inside and around.

Because they claim we provide complementary breakfast to Level 3 Members, where as property charged breakfast fees from us. Booking. Com must deal with property and charges paid by me should be reimbursed to me back.
Similar incidence happened while I booked through booking.com and stayed at Gateway Dehradun. MKSharma

The staff were very helpful and professional; from the first entry being helped from the car with our suitcases, fast reception and check in, and friendly staff in the Citrus Cafe. We were always greeted and provided with what we needed from the cleaning staff, including a daily refresh of our room. The room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Highly recommended, and we would stay here again!
All was good.

Maintained well Convenient and close to mall

The room and location were really good.
Staff seemed disinterested and didn't proactively help us regarding anything. The fridge didn't seem to be functioning effectively. The breakfast menu is too limited which seems to be the worst part because although it is besides the mall it doesn't open till 11 AM and there are no good restaurants around so you are forced to eat something you don't want to.
