Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Bei kleinen Problemen reagiert er sofort. Toll ist, dass man die Autos und die Fahrräder sicher parken und abstellen kann. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Hinterhof, ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, kleine Innenhofterrasse. Die Heizmöglichkeiten haben wir nicht getestet - Ofen/separate elektrische Heizkörper in den Schlafzimmern. Der Fußweg zum Stadtzentrum beträgt ca. 26 min, alternativ Busverbindung auf der Ingersheimer Straße. Boulangerie in der Nähe (ca. 300m, Dienstag - Sonntag geöffnet). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren rund um Colmar. Tolle Gegend!
Probleme gab es mit der Regulierung der Temperatur am Duschthermostat! Trotz Hilfe und Tricks haben wir nicht so richtig kalt/warm regulieren können. Ein Wäscheständer/z.B. für den Balkon wäre gut, da das Bad kein Fenster hat.

The apartment is spacious, newly renovated and well equipped.
The warm water ran out of supply, somehow, after 23:00. The distance from The Little Venice and the city center is about 1.5KM, a walk of 20 minutes or so.
