Accommodation review: Comfortable Unterkunft ideal für Monteure & Gäste
-
Unfortunately, our stay at this property was a huge disappointment. We booked an apartment for 12 nights through Booking, and what we found had nothing to do with the description on the website.
- Arrival and access: We parked on a muddy and untidy street in front of the house. The main entrance was not accessible, so we had to enter through the back garden - unpleasant and impractical.
- Apartment: The accommodation is located in the attic, and the kitchen is separate from the apartment and is entered from the hallway, which is completely contrary to the description.
- Heating: The first night we were literally freezing because the heating was not turned on. The radiators were not very hot, so we had to buy our own heater. The radiator in the kitchen does not work at all, the space is freezing. Worst of all - during our stay, someone entered the apartment without our knowledge and turned off all the radiators, which is unacceptable and extremely disturbing. When we called the owner on the contact number to tell him about the problem, he did not answer, and he did not even respond to the message we sent.
- Water: In the bathroom and kitchen, the water pressure is so weak that you can barely wash your hands, and taking a shower is almost impossible.
- Internet: The signal is weak, constantly breaks, and is practically unusable.
👉 Overall, the accommodation does not match the description on Booking, the conditions are unpleasant, and the feeling of safety is seriously impaired. For what is offered, the price is absolutely too high. I would not recommend this facility to anyone - a disappointment from the first to the last day.
