Perfect location. Amazing rooms. Great coffee on the first floor and stunning rooftop restaurant and bar. Delicious food too! The staff was extraordinary- especially Domenico and Lucreziq. Both went out of their way to make me feel special.
Nothing - Everything was amazing!!

Location
Nice accommodating staff
It did not feel like a hotel. You enter into a coffee shop. One elevator, long waits.
The bed was sheer mattress without a pad. Felt hard
