The apartment is located in a big complex, that also has a restaurant (in a different building). It is beautiful, cozy, luxurious, just like in the photos. The two bathrooms make it a good choice for a group of 4 persons. Our hostess was always available and helped us when we needed it (I would like to thank her for her patience, our communication was excellent). Everything was functional, easy to use/access, the temperature was perfect (warm, but not too warm). We especially appreciated the kitchen supplies available. There is enough space for clothes and such. The fireplace is also a big plus, there's nothing like lounging in front of the fire with a glass of wine after a day of skiing (bring your own wood though, because its quite expensive to buy it from the complex reception). The couch in the living room was really comfortable and big enough for two. The view was also nice, the general area not crowded and relatively quiet. The large balcony is a plus in the summer, I think. If you are interested in skiing, you should know that the apartment is located a bit far from the "center" of Pamporovo, but there is a road that takes you to a point of access half way slope no. 6, from where you can get down to Malina or Studenets (if you have your own car set the GPS to Ralitza restaurant and it will get you to the access point and a paid parking lot). This is about 5-7 minutes from the apartment by car and 15/20 minutes by foot. On a good winter with lots of snow, you can get back to the apartment on skis (we did); even without snow, you can get back on foot (in ski boots) easily, because it's downhill. There are two minimarkets close by for small shopping. Parking at the location is free, but it can get a little crowded in high season. All in all, the apartment provides exactly what it says in the description and the photos on booking.com, at a very honest price. I highly recommend it for families and even for a romantic get away.
The less pleasant aspects are not exactly related to the apartment itself or our hostess, but rather to the whole location. First of all, the last part of the access road is full of potholes; on warmer days, there were huge puddles that made the road into a trap for smaller cars. When it snowed heavily, all the cars got blocked in the parking lots and on the road; while that is to be expected in winter, the minus is that it took almost a day for a snow plow to come and clear the road. All in all, it was a real (and unpleasant) adventure driving to and from the location. Also, I don't know whose responsibility it was to clean the outside stairs, but they didn't do their job; the stairs where always covered in snow or ice and very dangerous (one day I took a small shovel and cleaned them myself as good as I could). During our stay, one of the two elevators did not function. Also, keep in mind that there is no ski room available; this makes it a bit tricky to change, store, dry and clean your equipment.

Очень комфортно отдохнули с 3 мя детьми ,даже для малышки было удобное кресло .
Все для отдыха в апартаментах есть ,даже посуда ,сковородка и сахар )
Приятно удивило постель премиум качества.
А вид из окна просто шикарный,каждый день наслаждались .
Обязательно еще вернемся только к Вам!
