Overall a very good hotel for the 21 EUR/night (24 USD) we payed. Exceptionally nice staff as well as spacious, clean and comfy rooms. We even got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. I recommend you stay here.
They also fixed the visibility issue with the glass windows in the gym (which was addressed by some Google reviews). You can train in privacy now.
While we were staying there the street was under construction which was very loud for most of the day. Nothing the hotel could potentially do about that though.
When you take a shower it floods the whole bathroom but I believe that's common practice in Vietnam.
The fridge was noisy - had to turn it off before going to sleep.
The gym was not well equipped. It's a treadmill, a bike, one bench and a dumbbell rag that goes up to 20kg by steps of 2.5. A multipress or a cable tower would help a lot to complete the setup. For regular gym-goers the commercial gym nearby probably works better.

Very kind staff & comfortable room with all the amenities you’d need. lovely spot that’s far enough from the city to feel quiet & has all the essentials close by, circle k at the end of the road (5 minute walk) and coffee shops, restaurants, fruit stands all close by
Garden view feels slightly misleading as there was no real garden visible but that’s literally my only complaint
