Rip off by stay vista
I want to make it clear that this review is not against the owner personally. The owner is a genuinely nice person, and my concerns are specifically with StayVista, the property standards, and the overall experience provided at this price point.
Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The property consists of two separate villas, and I believe guests should have the option of booking them separately rather than being required to take the entire property. More importantly, the basic maintenance and hygiene standards were not acceptable. One of the bedrooms had a persistent foul smell that did not go away, the flush in the bedroom was not working, and we actually noticed ticks on the bed before even using it, which was extremely concerning.
The staff and service were well below what I would expect from a property at this price point. The kitchen utensils were in poor condition and the hygiene levels were questionable. The food was also excessively priced considering that the quality was below average.
Overall, this property is simply not worth the price at all. The experience, cleanliness, maintenance, service and food quality were nowhere close to what I would expect for the amount charged. The pricing creates an expectation of a certain standard, and unfortunately that standard was not delivered.
This experience has unfortunately affected my trust in StayVista as a hospitality provider. I hope StayVista takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues around cleanliness, maintenance, hygiene, staffing, food pricing and overall service standards. Again, this feedback is directed at StayVista and the property experience, not the owner, who was personally very nice.

Misrepresented as a 6-Bedroom Villa (2 were Outhouse Servant Rooms)
The food was very good and pool was maintained well.
The electricity was not there for 3 hours and DG was out of fuel. It was a pathetic experience. Also, 2 bedrooms out of 6 were outhouse servant rooms. extremely small and poorly built compared to other 4. This shouldnt hv been sold as 6 bedroom villa.
