Good location and great service. Every request was attended to promptly, this is my second time back at the property. Room is spacious and clean. Everyone was so friendly, location is great for District 2, away from main street so nights are quiet. Will return.

I really enjoyed my stay at Chowa. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was also great, it’s on a quiet, pleasant street, but there are plenty of restaurants and food options within easy walking distance.
The staff at reception were especially wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout my stay.
Overall, I was very happy with my experience. Great location, comfortable and well-kept rooms, and excellent service. I would definitely stay at Chowa again.
The gym is very basic but if you don’t want to pay for a one day membership it gets the job done.

I ate something iffy before my stay and ended up sick/stuck in the room most of my time here. But it was comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly. Walking distance to the pharmacy, convenience store and just a few more minutes to the metro station. I was pleasantly surprised it had a private washing machine/drying rack on the room's deck to use.
Nothing worth mentioning.
