Rooms were super clean. And property very close to calangute beach. Just walkable distance. They arranged us cab for airport pick up. Very friendly host.
Lift wasn't working and was difficult to climb everytime with a small kid as steps where steep and bit narrow.
water dispenser not available and no extra mineral water provided after 2 bottles. We came to know at night and had to rush to nearby shop to buy at late night.

We had a wonderful 4-day family stay here, and the overall experience was excellent! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well worth the price we paid.
One of the biggest advantages is the location. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, making it extremely convenient to enjoy the beach whenever you want. There are also plenty of beach shacks and good restaurants within 500 metres, so finding great food and places to relax is never a problem.
The staff were genuinely nice, friendly, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, it's a fantastic place for a family holiday, offering spacious rooms, a great location, helpful staff, and excellent value for money. Every penny spent was worth it!
Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the beach. Would definitely love to visit again! 🌴🌊

Close to the beach and infinity pool with the sea view what else can you ask for? Good staff and good owners..something not available in the property they will still try to get it for you..it's brand new and too good rooms!!! Just hope and pray that u maintain the same way forever and don't get carried away..God bless you all..
Parking little congested because the beach is 50 meters away..otherwise nothing like it ..awesome!!!
