A CERTIFIED SCAMMER AND A FRAUDSTER
NOTHING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDSTER AND A SCAMMER HOST!!
I have booked this accommodation last November 25 2025, about 3 months ahead for our overnight stay last February 7 to 8 2026.I was expecting that there will be no issues as i have never encountered any problems using booking. com for an accommodation but this one is the worst. This accommodation already charged me 6048 php last 31st of January 2026 as agreed upon booking this but what they did was sending me a notification on the day itself that the villa that I rented was already occupied due to calendar sync issue, they have given this villa to another client so their solution is to transfer me to another property close to our original booked property. Upon checking , the original location is unsearcheable in google maps.The late notification that i got from them was saying that I have to communicate with them through a facebook page/messanger ( Rienzi's Hiraya Villas) to arrange new accommodation for us. Prior to that, Ive sent them an email here in booking. com app but got no response as obviously they want to communicaye outside this app service. I tried to call the number of the property listed here in booking. com. at 08:12 to asked what happened and where will we stay now since they apparently given the villa to another client, I spoke to Ms. Argelaine , she got no remorse, despite my frustration, advising me to contact her administrative service via facebook/ messenger for re arrangement of our accommodation. I messaged them through messenger as instructed , but it took more than an our for them to respond, I was also calling Ms. Argeliene several times but was not answering not even through text and even blocked me. Eventually, after consistenlty trying to contact them on messenger ,they responded , saying they will give me an option , a villa which is the same as what Ive booked before and with the same amenities and just 5 minutes away fron my original villa.
EVERYTHING! THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! SHOUT OUT TO MISS ARGELAINE AND TO ALL THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS SO CALLED RIENZI'S HIRAYA VILLAS WHO MADE MY FAMILY VACATION SO STRESSFUL!
