Clean warm house with excellent wifi, fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, parking on road. Good variety of local shops/pubs, close to main road into Colchester.
No lock on upstairs bathroom door, TV in bedroom not set up so u/s, Freely on lounge TV so missing some Freeview channels such as Sky Mix. Correcting these imperfections would allow a very good rating.

The location worked out perfectly for our visit to the Colchester area, and for a trip to Mersea island. It was nice and quiet in the area of the property and parking nearby was never a problem. A few local shops were in walking distance. Owner was friendly and easily contactable if needed.
We really didn't find anything to complain about!
