The property itself was clean and comfortable.
• The location was convenient.
• Once the information was finally clarified, check-in went smoothly.
• Staff were polite and helpful when they did respond.
Communication was extremely slow and inconsistent. Even simple questions often required contacting multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, and Booking.com customer service) before receiving a response.
• Pre-arrival instructions were provided very late, only at the last minute after five days without any reply.
• The deposit process was inconvenient, requiring printing, signing, and emailing a form back before check-in details were released, which caused stress while traveling without access to a printer.
• The check-in instructions were excessively long yet unclear, and some information conflicted with what customer service later confirmed (e.g., the access fob requirement and where to obtain it).
• Customer service responses were delayed and sometimes confusing, occasionally mixing up or correcting previously given information.
• Check-out instructions were also inconsistent, particularly regarding notice requirements and key return procedures, which had to be clarified separately.
• Outside of working hours and on weekends, responses were rare or limited to automated replies, making it difficult to reach a responsible property manager.
• Overall, the lack of timely communication raised concerns about handling emergencies, and the service felt disorganized and unreliable compared to typical hospitality standards.
