If you have even a little self-respect, I do not recommend renting this apartment

Nothing! 100% SCAM.

We checked into the apartment on January 1st after 17:00. Immediately upon entering the apartment, it was extremely cold. I contacted the host right away to ask how to turn on the gas boiler in order to enable heating. However, I only received a response the next day, by which time it had already become clear that staying in this apartment was not feasible. In addition, there were serious problems with hot water supply. Hot water was available only intermittently, and the gas boiler repeatedly displayed an error message. This made normal use of the bathroom impossible and further confirms that the heating and hot water system was not functioning properly. The apartment is in very poor technical and cosmetic condition. The most serious issue is the windows — there is strong cold draft coming through them, and all street noise is clearly audible inside the apartment. The only heating provided consists of two portable electric radiators, which are completely insufficient to heat four rooms (kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom). Moreover, one of the electric heaters is malfunctioning: it turns on for about two minutes and then switches off. I believe that using such faulty electrical equipment is unsafe. In addition: * The electric kettle does not work. I later checked reviews and saw that previous guests had reported this issue, which the host ignored. * The hairdryer does not work properly — the heating coil warms up, but there is no airflow. * Many walls are dirty and visibly damaged. * Window blinds do not open. * The legs of the sofa and chairs are loose and unstable; they clearly need to be tightened. I am attaching video files as evidence. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach all recordings due to the 10 MB size limit, but the attached materials clearly demonstrate the condition of the apartment.

Disponibilidade da pessoa responsável pelo ap. Localização, apesar do barulho dos aviões (mto perto da linha de aterragem). Comunicação mto aberta, rápida e eficiente. Para as 3 noites o ap estava impecável para 3 pessoas.
