The property is at the heart of where you want to be to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, public transit, etc. The room itself was tight but provided adequate space for two people. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear well outside your door but overall I felt very comfortable in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting us up with our code to the building and room. Very secure, safe and convenient that we didn’t need to carry around a card. The building itself is a bit old and dusty at the elevator area. We did enjoy our time here and would highly recommend

An absolute gem right on Gran Vía!
The staff went above and beyond to help me with the online check-in process, making it super smooth and allowing me to get to my room much faster. The room itself was spotless, very clean, and featured a sleek, modern decor. It had everything I needed to rest and recharge after exploring all the excitement and energy that the vibrant Gran Vía has to offer right outside your door. Highly recommended!
