Very nice 2 room apartment, in a luxury residence with swimming pool, in Antibes-Juan-les-Pins, and only a few minutes walk from the beach.
The bedroom, in a beach setting, has a bed for 2 people, and a spacious wardrobe.
In the living room, you will find a sofa bed of great comfort, a dining table with matching chairs, which can accommodate up to 4 people, a television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor, crockery, kettle, coffee machine...
The bathroom has a shower cubicle. The toilet is separate.
From the balcony, you will have an extraordinary view of the residence's private swimming pool, the port of Golfe Juan, and the hills of Cannes.
The apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with WIFI.
At the entrance of the residence, you will find food shops open every day, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, and the magnificent Exflora Park which leads to the beach by its private road.
A little further away, you can go tubing, jet-skiing on a walk or hike, scuba diving, parachuting over the sea, pedal boating, and many other activities, ... enough to come back with unforgettable memories.
As for transport, nearby buses serve Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Juan les pins, Aquasplash, Antibes Land...
Bed linen and towels are not provided, but guests can rent kits from the concierge in charge of handing over the keys.
End cleaning is extra (80€).
The tourist tax is 4.02% per night. It is collected by the owner, and paid to the municipality of Antibes.
