About this apartment rental
We are renting a beautiful, bright, and spacious 3.5-room apartment with approximately 90 m² of living space—ideal for families, workers on assignment, or vacationers looking for comfortable accommodations in a quiet yet well-connected location.
The apartment was extensively renovated in 2020 and offers modern living comfort with thoughtful details. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2025 to be fully accessible and features a walk-in shower with a practical folding seat as well as a modern rain shower. Of course, a separate toilet and a washing machine are also available.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired—whether for a short stay or a longer rental period: Here you’ll find everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals.
The apartment has three bedrooms:
Two rooms are furnished with comfortable double beds
Another room has a single bed
Extra beds can be provided upon request
The spacious living room invites you to relax. Here you’ll find a large leather sofa and a modern TV for cozy evenings.

Only about 2 km from the highway—ideal for commuters or travelers
A pharmacy, supermarkets, a Greek tavern, and a pizzeria are all within walking distance
