Before our check-in, I sent an email but never received a response, despite receiving a message encouraging us to reach out if we needed anything or had any questions.
During our stay, our room didn’t have any ice. When we asked the front desk for some, the staff member who helped us had an unfriendly attitude, which was disappointing.
Other than that, everything was wonderful. The room was great, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Every other staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
