Easy to find. Price was good compared to alternatives. Few good restaurants around. Bed were ok.
Its a very large building with no reception or person to help (so you can't ship your luggage etc.). No easy parking around. Room is "optimised" (=small). Kitchen has the minimum. No bath option.
There was a big construction site next door (not noisy for us).
Not the best part of Namba for tourist (in my opinion).

Clean and spacious. Very nice with a washing machine in the room, a microwave, plates and cutlery. Also a balcony where we could hang our laundry. Free food! We didn't have time to try all the free meals, but I like the concept.
It would have been nice with some hooks for the towels in the bathroom, and a softer pillow.

THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY, THE FACILITITES ON OFFER AND THE CLEANLINESS WERE THE STANDOUT POINTS FOR ME.
IT WAS TOTALLY MANAGED UNMANNED...... WOULD PREFER IF THERE IS SOME HUMAN HELP AT HAND
