A lovely house with a beautiful entrance and facade. We were warmly greeted by Max the dog, then made to feel very welcome by Deidre. Although she said accommodation only we were provided plenty in our room to make our own breakfast. A very comfortable room with a lovely outlook.

It was an iconic space. Exactly what we were hoping for when we booked. The keeper/owner was the best part!

The Old Presbytery was a beautiful traditional country house. Our room was a very generous size, very comfortable, tastefully furnished and very quiet. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Although no formal breakfast is served, there was overnight oats, cereal, bread, coffee, tea and orange provided in the room. All of which was delicious. This was a really lovely and memorable (for all the right reasons!) stay. I would definitely return.

Very private
Stayed in Sumner so very hot , not normal but a good fan or split unit air conditioning would be nice. Also, as a suggestion, screens for windows would be great as we had two large moths entered the windows for the light. Had to close windows as a result and missed the fresh air breeze that was providing relief to the heat outside.
