Location was fantastic , nice area , easy walk to the beach, the property had been renovated to a high standard
The property has been renovated to a high standard , unfortunately it doesn't meet fire regs for a holiday let - the regs came out in March 2023 , so there is no excuse - at the time we stayed there was no smoke alarm upstairs at all , regs would suggest one in each bedroom plus landing , the door locks required keys to exit , the regs require exit doors to be thumb turn locks , this property urgently needs a fire risk assessment ( a legal requirement )

Cute cottage, bigger than it first looks. Lovely location in a very pretty village.
Parking was a bit difficult at times, but this was partly because there was an event on in the village for the first 2 days of our stay.
