The place was clean and mostly met our needs. Enjoyed the roof top area to look at surrounding Los Angeles & to relax. Could clearly see the Hollywood sign. Secure parking was a must and gave us peace of mind for our rental car.
Could have had a microwave available. A baking tray for cooking in the oven, plus tongs for cooking with as well. There were homeless people nearby however they didn't cause any issues with us. Afterall it is the United States and from previous trips I am aware of what to expect.

Un apartamento muy comodo. Nosotros eramos 5 y hemos estado muy bien. Los dueños contestaban rapido si teniamos algun problema o duda. Tiene 3 habitaciones y 2 baños completos además de un balcon, comedor y cocina. Para estar en LA esta muy bien. Ademas nos dejaron cafe y leche a parte de amenities en el baño.
El parking por la zona es complicado y tuvimos que pagar el parking privado por que si no era imposible dejar el coche en la calle.

La ubicacion y sobre todo el lugar que se ve renovado y nuevo
No podiamos entrar al garage, el garage muy reducido, tenia que pagar una cuota era la 1 de la mañana y mi carro en la calle, deberian cobrar cuando uno hace la reserva.

The location of the property is really good, and the apartment looks very similar to the photos, which was a positive point.
However, we experienced several important issues during our stay. Since the moment we made the reservation, I sent messages asking about the possibility of early check-in, but received no response. When we arrived, early check-in was not possible, despite my previous attempts to contact them.
In addition, at check-in time, we faced a very uncomfortable situation: they claimed they could not locate our payment, even though it had been properly made through Booking more than two months in advance. We were only allowed to enter the apartment after a lot of back and forth and sending proof of payment, which caused us to lose almost an entire day of our trip.
Although communication was generally quick, in this specific situation responses took a long time, and we had to call in order to resolve the issue. Because of that, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who does not speak English well.
Regarding cleanliness, it seemed fine at first, but we noticed some issues, such as hair on the towels.
Another point that made us uncomfortable was the amount of personal information requested, including photos of documents, passport, and even a credit card, which we found excessive.
A $250 security deposit was also required, with a stated refund timeframe of up to 14 days after checkout. However, this period has already passed and we have still not received the refund.
Overall, unfortunately, our experience was not positive.
