Keine Übereinstimmung zwischen Preis/Leistung - nicht empfehlenswert.
Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage der Unterkunft, die wirklich, wie beschrieben, direkt am See ist mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick und einem großen Garten mit Hecke umfasst. Ideal für Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund. Der vorhandene Wintergarten hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Die Ruhe ringsum war einfach auch phantastisch.
Die Fotos zur Unterkunft stimmen bei Weitem nicht mit der Realität überein. Auf den Fotos sieht alles modern, neu und sauber aus. Die Wirklichkeit ist eine Andere. Es beginnt mit abgewohnter Ausstattung, einer schräg installierten Treppe, die weder für kleinere Kinder noch für ältere Menschen geeignet ist. Die oberen sechs Trittflächen der Stufen sind nicht in Waage, neigen sich schräg nach vorn. Dies stellt eine erhebliche Unfallgefahr dar, was in jedem öffentlichen Gebäude zur Sperrung durch die Bauaufsicht führen würde. Weiterhin war die Sauberkeit nicht besonders. Der sehr schöne Wintergarten wäre noch besser, wenn man einmal die vielen Spinnweben entfernen würde und die Glasscheiben putzt (was auch für die anderen Fenster gilt). Die Wände sind teils erheblich "in die Jahre" gekommen und bräuchten dringend einen Maler. Der Küchentisch steht an der Wand unter zwei Hängeschränken, sodass man auf diesen zwei Plätzen gar nicht richtig sitzen kann. Das Bad könnte durchaus einmal eine Neuerung vertragen. Insbesondere sind der Duschschlauch, Brausekopf und der Toilettendeckel alt und verbraucht (vergilbt) und daher auch bei größter Anstrengung durch Putzen nicht in Ordnung zu bringen. Die Reinigungsutensilien, wir Eimer, Staubsauger und Besen stehen lieblos im Bad herum, obwohl genug Möglichkeit besteht, einen Schrank zu stellen, um das Ganze ordentlich aufgeräumt zu verstauen. Der Spülkastendeckel verschob sich bei jedem Mal Spülen und musste wieder zurecht gerückt werden. Insgesamt ist die ganze Unterkunft mit wenig Liebe eingerichtet und rechtfertigt nicht den zu zahlenden Preis. Man ist nicht einmal in der Lage eine defekte Kehrschaufel durch eine Neue zu ersetzen - diese wurde mit Klebeband repariert. An der Wand hängt eine Uhr, die nicht funktioniert (dann kann man das auch gleich weglassen). Die Objektverwalterin ist sehr belehrend in vielen Dingen, was sicher nicht jedem gefällt.
