The apartment (205) was reasonably well appointed. The washing machine in the bathroom is very useful. The balcony is a nice size.
The draw here is its location; close to the beach/supermarkets/bus station (Santa Catalina)
There is no air conditioning, only a fan in the bedroom. We were there end of September, beginning of October and the living room would get very hot and sticky. Sometimes we opened the entry door to get some air flowing through the apartment. There is a lack of reliable/useful information on how to access the main gate into the building - I was told the only way is using a weblink on my smartphone, but were told by fellow guests, that you can also access the building (using the same PIN number for the room) via the key pad on the wall. Plus, I was expecting physical keys to be available, and only after communicating via WhatsApp with GuestReady, did they tell me I could get a key from the secure box located outside our apartment door. There was also a problem with the WiFi, but after communicating with GuestReady via WhatsApp, they got a technician to come and sort it out. In the kitchen, there was no freezer compartment, just a fridge, which was not a major inconvenience, but would be great to be able to store food for longer periods, or some ice cream to cool us down in the hot room!

Відпочивали тут в 2022 році. Можемо порівняти. Персонал клірингової служби. Вентилятор у спальні. На кухні є духовка. Зручні матраци. Швидке реагування на прохання. Попередження про ремонтні роботи та незручності. Розташування. Тиша та спокій. Краще ніж вдома. Вже хочемо знову відпочивати тут.
Незрозуміла відео інструкція для відкриття головних дверей з використанням телефону який потрібно просунути крізь ворота! Не було чітко вказано на яком пристрої набирати код ( на стіні їх аж 3). Код складався з 4 цифр. Але перед кодом потрібно натиснути * а після #. При закритті номера повторити ці ж дії. А не просто 4 цифри. Змініть інструкцію! За весь час нашого перебування ми спостерігали що така проблема у багатьох гостей! Без першої та останньої дії код не працює!

На кухні замало посуду. Бракувало терки, глибоких мисок для супу. Незрозуміла відео інструкція для відкриття головних дверей з використанням телефону який потрібно просунути крізь ворота! Appartamento situato in ottima posizione, molto vicino alla spiaggia, alla fermata dei bus urbani e interurbani e del bus per aeroporto, vicinissimo a una fermata dei taxi. Supermecato a pochi passi. La via e' pedonale e la zona solo a tarda notte e' piu' silenziosa. Infissi che limitano i rumori esterni quindi tutto sommato si riesce a dormire decorosamente. Ventilatore sul soffitto.
Il portone e la porta dell'appartamento si aprono solo tramite un codice ed un comando dato da una pagina web dal cellulare, non ci sono piu' le chiavi come anni fa, una soluzione non pratica e scomoda. Non comprendo il vantaggio reale di questa soluzione.
All'arrivo nel mio appartamento c'erano scarafaggi che circolavano (puo' succedere alle Canarie), ho contattato l'host via chat e mi ha assegnato velocemente un nuovo appartamento scusandosi molto, riconosco di aver avuto dall'host (che ringrazio) supporto rapido ed efficace, anche se comunicando solo via chat.
Nel nuovo appartamento il frigo non aveva il comparto freezer, cosa insolita e scomoda. Altri appartamenti invece hanno il frigo con il comparto freezer, come dovrebbe essere sempre.
La copertura del Wi-Fi e' carente, sconsiglio questi appartamenti a nomadi digitali o a chi necessita di un segnale stabile. Mi e' dispiaciuto vedere la scarsa pulizia dell'ascensore che necessiterebbe anche di manutenzione estetica. Tutto sommato il punto forte di questi appartamenti sono la posizione.
