Exceptional service from start to finish! The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, and the owner was exceptionally kind and attentive. The tent was spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable, featuring air conditioning, an excellent shower, and everything in pristine, brand-new condition. The dinner was outstanding and exceeded all expectations!
When the owner and staff learned it was my birthday, they went above and beyond to surprise me with a lovely celebration, complete with music and a cake. This thoughtful gesture made my stay even more memorable.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Sahara Eden Camp for your outstanding hospitality and for making my birthday so special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Nous avons tout aimé, l’accueil, les petits-déjeuner, les dîners…
Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, réactif et attentionné.
Le camp est vraiment très beau et de nuit il devient un lieu magique. Les tentes sont bien équipées, la literie est très confortable, en trois mots, tout est splendide !
Nos guides n’ont rien à envier au reste du personnel, ils sont également super 👍.

Everything was amazing. The staff treated us so nicely and it truly felt like we were home and the experience was just for us. We couldn’t have had a better time.

Beautiful location, tent was clean, manager great
Overall a bit disappointed by service given it was advertised (and charged) as luxury camp experience:
*Lacklustre welcome and overall interactions by camp staff (except manager who was great)- possibly partially due to a language barrier
*Charging €30-40 per person for transfer to/from camp without flagging that this would attract an additional cost during booking process - more than happy to pay for the camel ride as a transfer option, but transfer by jeep should be included in the price given nightly rate above €200.
*Little touches like serving tea and coffee on return from watching sunrise would go a long way
*quality of dinner not amazing
We stayed for two nights and don’t think that camp actually caters for a two night stay very well: aircon got switched off in the morning, no fan available - staff member suggested we could spend part of the day in a hotel lobby in Merzouga where it would be cooler. None of the staff came during the day to offer anything to drink or check in on us, besides the lunch we got organised through the manager. Overall didn’t feel like we were treated as guests during the day.
