El balcón y la vista.
Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. El precio publicado no fue el valor final. Al llegar nos cobraron un IVA adicional de $144.000, por lo que el total pasó de $760.000 a $904.000. En otros apartamentos donde me he hospedado no realizan ese cobro. Mi recomendación es verificar muy bien el valor total antes de reservar, porque el precio que aparece inicialmente no es el que finalmente se paga y, al llegar, uno queda sin más opción que asumir el costo adicional.
El apartamento también tiene varios aspectos por mejorar. Solo dejaron tres toallas para cuatro adultos y dos bebés; además, parecían cobijas y no secaban bien. No hay señal de TV, parabólica ni internet, por lo que tuve que compartir mis propios datos para poder tener conexión.
Durante mi estadía de tres días y dos noches suspendieron el servicio de agua en ciertos horarios, no por un problema general del municipio, sino porque el conjunto aún está en construcción. Nunca nos avisaron con anticipación para que pudiéramos almacenar agua, así que nos tocó esperar a que restablecieran el servicio, soportando el calor y las incomodidades que eso genera. Si esa situación es habitual, considero que no deberían alquilar el apartamento hasta que se normalice.
El aire acondicionado funcionó bien solo una noche. También hacen falta cortinas oscuras, ya que en la noche, al encender las luces, desde los apartamentos de enfrente se puede ver el interior. Para poder cambiarnos de ropa teníamos que apagar las luces, lo cual resulta muy incómodo y afecta la privacidad. Además, el apartamento no cuenta con lavadora ni con sillas de comedor, elementos que normalmente se esperan en un apartamento equipado.
