I like the bed and pillow. It was very comfortable.
I could hear the noise outside, especially the cars along the road and some construction noise early in the morning. Wish the check-in process was simpler without asking for any photo id for all guests. When I tried to submit all the documents online, there was a connection issue and I lost all the information that I had input and I had to redo everything again. It would have helped if there was an option to save everything before clicking “submit”.
