The wellness/spa wasn't the one i was hoping for. Only one sauna and it wasn't turned on. There was no pool, only massage

紧邻欧洲广场，五分钟步行到海滨大道，位置超好。房间不大但装修有格调且舒适。早餐丰盛。所有员工表现出高素质，专业且热情亲切。
Amazing location, right next to Europe Square, five-minutes walk to Batumi Boulevard. The room is not big but stylish and comfortable. Plentiful breakfast. Every member of staff shows high quality, professional and welcoming.
卫生间对于这种级别的酒店来说略显小了。
The bathroom seems slightly undersized for a hotel of this category.

From the moment we entered we were warmly welcome at reception by George, he was so helpful thoroughout our stay at the hotel. Our room was very clean, beautifully decorated and a wonderful bed that was so comfy. The location of hotel is perfect, right in the centre of Batumi and we were able to walk anywhere.
