About this apartment rental
This bright and spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 61 m²), located near the beach on the 1st floor (no elevator), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The two bedrooms are carpeted, while the living/dining room, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.
The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the spacious hallway, which features a coat rack, closet, dresser, and large mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.
The inviting and light-filled living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; and a wall unit with various cabinets and shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² balcony, which is partially covered and furnished with patio furniture. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine! Depending on the season, you’ll also have a side view of the Baltic Sea from here through the (leafless) strip of coastal forest.
For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV as well as a stereo system with a radio, CD player, and USB port. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).
The open kitchen features a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, a bench, and a chair, and also offers direct access to the balcony.
The separate, additional second bedroom features a comfortable bunk bed (90 cm x 200 cm) for two people, as well as a closet.
To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with an external roller shade or blackout curtains.
The bright and spacious bathroom (with natural light / window) features a bathtub with a shower partition, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a bathroom cabinet, a hair dryer, a stool, a towel radiator, and plenty of storage space.
The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.
You can store your jackets and shoes in the large entryway with a closet and dresser in the apartment’s spacious hallway.
A private washing machine is available in your vacation apartment for washing your vacation clothes.
You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment, located right next to the building. You can park your bicycles in the rear courtyard of the building using the bike racks provided. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.
Bringing a dog is possible upon request—the associated additional costs are €5.00 per day plus a one-time, modest surcharge (see prices) to cover the additional cleaning costs.
In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.
The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.
