Location, location, location! Our home offers access to the airport and a short jaunt to the vibrant Alberta and Mississippi neighborhoods. Alberta boasts an array of hot spots, from unique shops and delicious restaurants to cozy coffee shops and beautiful parks. The food scene on Alberta is unparalleled, offering a variety of options that will delight any foodie.



The Pacific Northwest is renowned for its outdoor activities. Whether you're into hiking, biking, or exploring nature, there's something for everyone. Our cozy neighborhood makes a great base for exploring North Portland.



Food carts and public transportation are nearby, making it easy to explore downtown Portland. Prefer to take an Uber? Allow for traffic when planning your trip.



Explore some of Portland's famous spots. Visit Kennedy School McMenamins, where you can book a separate soaking-pool reservation for a relaxing experience. Treat yourself to ice cream at Salt & Straw or take a peaceful stroll through Alberta Park. Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — Mississippi Avenue is one of Portland's liveliest strips, packed with restaurants, bars, music venues, and unique shops — all within walking distance.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 4 (Fessenden/Woodstock) runs along Williams and Vancouver avenues with frequent service to downtown. Check the current schedule when planning your trip.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share serves the area. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling a great option for exploring.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is subject to posted signs and available spaces. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) pickup times vary.



✈️ Airport — PDX is reachable by car; allow for traffic. MAX Yellow Line service connects North Portland to downtown, with transfers needed for airport travel.



Other Things to Note:

Cooling is in the living room only; bedrooms have wall heaters and may be warmer in summer. Street and building noise can be audible, including at night.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
