Its worth, effortable and easy to access every where in Petaling Jaya

Very strategic area and conducive

Everything okay except sometimes unconvinced smells from the sink i guess… owner have to do something about it.

Recommended place to stay for family

Comfy home like stay. Easy access to shops and FnB. Near to Paradigm Mall and offices. Jus a few KM away from LRT can take a grab to LRT station. Will surely repeat the stay if needed. Host was contactable easily via whatsapp

Do improve. Good Luck.

Location was good and check in process was smooth.

The unit and bathroom smell was really bad. Fungus on floors and doors, no slippers for the dirty bathroom. No mirror in the bathroom. Towels were clean but linens were smelly. Such a hot balcony with 3 compressors. Can’t bare more than 10-15mins at night, I can’t imagine the noon hours.

Bad house

The house is very unclean..toilet still got stains not clean at the wall, aircond is very dusty and not cold at all. Meja makan sangat tak stabil Dan loose bergoyang2 , sinki Kotor .. my kids just tertumpahkan kuah atas cadar and we did wash it and leave it in the toilet once checkup but owner refuse to refund the deposit just because of the stains that we have washed.. it's so unfair..

Apt is nice, got plenty of refrigerators, washing machine. Renter is always nice to deal with. They did warn me about parking space clamping…..

I made a mistake of parking at space 298 instead of 295. I didnt double check and park overnight. Had to pay RM100 to free my car. Now I hate this building!
