Für 4 Nächte gebucht, nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist, weil wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben.
Wohnung war sauber, neue Küchenmöbel, renoviertes Bad
1. Schock: Zwei Tage vor Anreise grundlose Stornierung durch Anbieter. Nach Rückfrage handelte es sich um eine falsche automatisierte Mail des Anbieters. Wir konnten die Wohnung dann doch beziehen.
2. Schock: Auto im dunklen Carport abgestellt und beim Aussteigen erstmal in ein Spinnennetz gelaufen.
3. Schock: Kein warmes Wasser bei Ankunft. Anbieter gibt falsche Anweisungen wie man die Gastherme starten soll. Erst am nächsten Tag konnte eigenständig mit Hilfe von ChatGPT die Heizung gestartet werden und warmes Wasser erzeugt werden.
Darüber hinaus gibt es noch einige Punkte die dazu geführt haben, dass wir uns in der Ferienwohnung nicht wohl gefühlt haben:
- unangenehme Gerüche (Erdgeschoss, muffig und nach neuer Farbe, Obergeschoss starker Geruch nach Kloreiniger)
- steile, rutschige Treppe
- sehr dünne Fenster (zum Teil nur mit einer Scheibe - im Wohnzimmer gesprungen),
- deswegen sehr laut. (Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstrasse)
- Außenbeleuchtung ging immer an, wenn ein Auto vorbei fährt
- nur an einer Seite des Doppelbetts gab es ein Nachtkästchen und Steckdose
- Keine Handtuchhaken im Bad
- Wenig einladender Eingangsbereich
- lieblos gestaltet
- Von der "Renovierung" der Küche sind immer noch abgeklebte Steckdosen übrig
- Spinnweben an den Fenstern
- Der Schlüsselkasten hängt so hoch, dass kleine Personen Schwierigkeiten haben den Safe zu öffnen.
