Spend your days on the slopes, then come home to soak in the hot tub, gather around a crackling fire, and unwind in the peaceful, wooded setting. With spacious gathering areas and plenty of room for family and friends, it’s the perfect home base for epic ski weekends, large family getaways, and year-round mountain adventures.
THE BEDROOMS
7 bedrooms spread across three levels, there’s room for everyone to settle in comfortably.
Main Floor
Bedroom 1: King bed with attached full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King bed with attached full bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Bedroom 4: Queen bed.
Third Floor
Bedroom 5: Loft with two twin beds and one twin-over-twin bunk bed.
Lower Level
Bedroom 6: Queen bed.
Bedroom 7: A newer addition featuring two twin-over-queen bunk beds and an attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
THE BATHROOMS
The home has 5 full bathrooms, making group stays more comfortable and convenient.
Three en-suite bathrooms are attached to Bedrooms 1, 2, and 7. The other two full bathrooms are located on the main floor and lower level.
THE KITCHEN & DINING
The spacious, fully stocked kitchen features plenty of room to prepare meals for a crowd, with beautiful natural light and views of the surrounding landscape. Whether you're making a big breakfast before hitting the slopes or preparing dinner for the whole group, you'll have the space to make it happen.
The large dining area accommodates 20 or more guests, making it easy to gather everyone for meals, games, and long conversations around the table.
LIVING & GATHERING SPACES
With common areas spread across all three levels, there's plenty of room to spend time together without everyone needing to be in the same space. Enjoy multiple living rooms, quiet reading nooks, and dedicated game room with ping pong and foosball, whether your group wants a lively evening together, a little downtime or both!
OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the expansive wraparound deck during warmer months, fire up the BBQ, or settle into the hot tub (available year round) after a day outdoors. The spacious yard is surrounded by woods, creating a peaceful setting to enjoy fresh mountain air, morning coffee, and starry nights.
THE LOCATION
A GREAT HOME BASE FOR MT SNOW. Mount Snow Ski Resort is just a 5-minute drive away, making this an ideal home base for ski weekends and winter adventures. The mountain offers terrain for a range of abilities, including dedicated learning areas for beginners.
When the snow melts, the area transforms into a destination for hiking, biking, swimming, and lake days. Lake Raponda and Harriman Reservoir are nearby, and local restaurants and shops offer plenty to explore throughout the year.
Whether you're planning a big family gathering, a getaway with friends, or a full week of mountain adventures, this spacious home offers the room, privacy, and location to make it memorable.
PARKING & DRIVEWAY
The driveway can accommodate approximately 7 vehicles, depending on their size and arrangement. The parking area near the house is paved, but the long driveway leading up from the road is dirt and inclined. In winter and spring, a 4WD vehicle is essential. During winter visits, prepare your winter tires or chains.
WILDLIFE
This home is tucked into a rural setting, so you may encounter local wildlife, including deer, foxes, coyotes, and bears. Please stay aware of your surroundings and never leave food or trash outdoors.
POWER & INTERNET
Power or internet outages can occasionally occur during severe weather. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our control.
PETS
Dogs are welcome with the following flat fees:
• 1 dog: $100
• 2 dogs: $150
• 3 dogs: $200
If you're planning to bring more than three dogs, please reach out in advance, as additional approval may be required. For everyone's safety and comfort, we strongly recommend keeping dogs leashed outdoors and around the neighborhood. Please clean up after your pets. Additional fees may apply for pet-related damage.
Unfortunately, cats and other furry animals cannot be accommodated due to potential allergy concerns.
HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING & FIREWOOD
The home has a heating system and mini-split air conditioning units throughout. We also provide some firewood for the fireplace.
COFFEE
A regular drip coffee maker and also a Keurig are available for your use during your stay.

This house is amazing. There is plenty of space for a large group. The house is extremely well furnished, comfortable, and fully featured. It is conveniently located, but quiet and secluded. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. Everything I could have asked for in a property and more! I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again.
