The apartment is located near the main square, which offers a lively atmosphere. Despite its central location, the apartment was remarkably quiet, beautiful, and cozy. The highlight was the spacious balcony with a stunning sea view.
Another great advantage is the beach located just across the street, along with a lovely promenade perfect for walks. The Malta Aquarium and the ferry terminal, where boats depart for various towns and excursions around Malta, are both within walking distance. There are also numerous shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. In addition, a bus stop is conveniently located close to the building, making it easy to explore the island.
Overall, our family didn't find any negatives.

Perfect location, beautiful view, close to the beach, large and spacious apartment, two bathrooms, close to the shops, restaurants and public transport, clean bathrooms, nice furniture in the living room & balcony.
The apartment was dirty (apart from bathrooms). There were dirty floors (I had to vacuum them before unpacking my suitcases), the window in the living room overlooking the sea was dirty, glass balustrade on the balcony was dirty enough to destroy the good impression and the pleasure of sitting there and admiring the views. The kitchen was poorly equpped - literally there were 4 mugs, 4 plates, four spoons, knives and so on... preparing a simple spaghetti was a chellenge. The air conditioning in the living room was loud, the dishwasher was leaving still dirty dishes. One of the towels was dirty, in one of the beds there were missing bed slats (I fell down the bed while seating on it for the first time). There were missing light bulbs in the wardrobe. In the living room the sliding window was broken, we couldn't close it, it was opened permanently during our stay. We reported the failures at the beginning of our stay with no effect. We had additional cleaning but still of very poor quality. With a little effort of the owners, regular and careful cleaning, regular check-ups & servicing the flat would be a perfect place for holidays.
