Good location. Property with most necessitites for a family. We had a great stay!
Very tight/small bathroom. While the host did provide separate guides for access before arrival, we assumed the address on booking.com would be the correct address, but it was not. We copied and pasted the what was listed (Japanese address) into Google maps and ended up somewhere else. Sometimes in the chaos of travel we don't expect the basics like the listed address to be different. To get to this wrong address we chose the closest station and walked with 3 large pieces of luggage, but the correct address was not walkable from this location, and with all the luggage and children, we were forced to book a large Uber. If the booking.com address was accurate then we would have arrived at the station closer to that address. So please note, the booking.com address is incorrect (unless it has been corrected since this message).

It’s located very close to many attractions near Shinjuku Station. It’s also very easy to access. The host was very attentive and provided a lot of information to us!
Provided amenities are a bit basic but we don’t have any complaints.
