Room for two cars to park outside. Easy check in and out. 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and one downstairs all with double beds.. Clean and tidy. 40 minutes from Alton towers. Toilet downstairs as well as in the bathroom upstairs. Rooms were all well presented. Smelled beautifully fresh when we arrived.
Could have used a sofa in the downstairs bedroom to allow people to sit and chill. Cutlery and crockery were a little worn and mismatched. At least one of the rooms could have done with bunk beds or singles in them- two of my kids had to have their own room as they couldn’t share a bed.

We liked the location, the off street parking. The garden was lovely. Refurbished house so all new fittings and furniture although the house didn't seem finished.
Messaged Rupa lettings twice during our stay: no shower mat, only 3 mugs for a house that accommodates 8 people. No iron or ironing board. No tin opener. No sofa or comfortable chairs, you had to sit on the dining chairs to watch the TV! Only 6 seats in the kitchen not 8. I emailed Rupa lettings separately regarding these issues and 10 days on I've received no reply to the email. I had booked to return in October but have cancelled my booking.
