This is solid value for money, it's a little rough around the edges and doesn't look as fresh as the photos anymore, however for the price this is dirt cheap and cheaper than a hotel, the beds are so comfortable, towels provided for every room, plenty of space and the kitchen has everything you need. I could barely hear the neighbours, had heating, and plenty of toilet rolls/cleaning supplies provided. Anyone who has left a negative review for this place I think was being too harsh, it's an older town house in Hull, it doesn't need to be flashy, if you and a group of friends need a place to stay this works fine! Will rebook in future.

The property fitted our requirements for the weekend perfectly. Lots of rooms amd sleeping options for the 6 people. The location was ideal with only a 20 minute stroll into the city centre. Property was clean and well kept with all the facilities available if required to use. Good communication with simple access instructions. Nice touch of a pool table although a little tired provided us a few hours of fun.

A couple of damaged kick panels in kitchen but nothing that spoiled our stay they are just general maintenance issues

The comfort of the beds and sofa are excellent. The house is large and was plenty of space to relax.

The house was lacking a few key items: bathroom bin, preferably with a lid, oven gloves; anything to dry pots with, kitchen and bathroom blinds/curtains. The oven could do with a bit of a clean too. The pool table was great for the kids, although with full size cues it's a bit tricky with the space, needs a spirit level check too. Some plastering on internal walls could bring it to a higher score.

Average for what we needed

Car parking situation. Our car got keyed for parking in someone’s apparent space yet the street is free for anyone to park.
