The location of this apartment is definitely its strongest point — it’s very close to Rodeo Drive area, quiet, and convenient for getting around. It’s also practical if you are traveling with luggage because there are not many stairs. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer, which was helpful, although both are very small and not suitable for larger loads.
However, overall the apartment feels quite outdated and in need of a better maintenance. The place is very small — suitable for one person or possibly one adult with a small child, but not comfortable for more than that. The couch had visible stains, the dust did not appear to have been cleaned recently, and some of the pillows were old and dirty. The bedsheets were torn, there were only two large towels provided, and many items in the apartment looked heavily used. There were also basic kitchen items missing, such as spoons. There is also no dishwasher.
The management and parking situation was confusing and poorly organized. One person told me it was acceptable to park in an outside patio/parking area, then another person later contacted me saying parking there was not allowed. After I explained I no longer had the car, someone else parked there a few days later and management contacted me again asking if it was my vehicle. Communication between staff clearly seems inconsistent.
Another issue was the fire alarm. It activated for no clear reason, and then continuously beeped for about an hour because the batteries were leaking and the inside of the alarm had visible oxidation/corrosion.
Overall, the apartment is in a very good location and could be much better with proper refreshing, maintenance, cleaner linens and pillows, and more organized management.

Letto Queen Size, un po' stretto per gli standard italiani, siamo abituati ad un letto più comodo.
