Uma decepação que não espero que ocorra novamente

Prezados,
Registro formalmente os problemas encontrados no apartamento locado, que comprometeram a qualidade da estadia, que estive com minha família e casal de amigos totalizando sete pessoas com um calor insuportável e sem ar condicionado nos ambientes prometidos .
O imóvel estava sujo, com forte cheiro de mofo em todos os ambientes, apesar da informação de que havia sido realizada faxina padrão. Diante disso, contratei faxineira particular, ao custo de R$ 270,00.
Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado não funcionavam. O anfitrião informou que não conseguiu técnico e alegou que o problema ocorreu em 01/01. Ressalto que, em 08/01, um dia antes do início da estadia, o anfitrião esteve no apartamento e não informou qualquer irregularidade. Contratei técnico de ar-condicionado, cuja visita custou R$ 150,00, sendo constatados diversos defeitos graves nos aparelhos dos quartos e da sala.
Também foram verificados outros problemas: guarda-roupas empoeirados, apenas dois banheiros com água quente (sendo um extremamente pequeno), terceiro banheiro apenas com ducha fria e geladeira vazando, deixando o piso da cozinha constantemente molhado. Possuo fotos e vídeos que comprovam os fatos.
Conforme relatei ao atendente Felipe, da Booking, somente não realizei check-out antecipado porque não foi possível encontrar outro imóvel disponível entre 09/01 e 17/01, permanecendo no local por falta de alternativa.
Infelizmente, o que deveria ser um período de férias e descanso acabou se tornando uma experiência marcada por inúmeros aborrecimentos, gastos inesperados, desconforto e condições inadequadas de higiene, decorrentes de problemas estruturais e de manutenção do imóvel.
Diante dos transtornos e gastos inesperados, solicito análise do ocorrido e as providências cabíveis, inclusive quanto ao ressarcimento dos valores.
