Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. L'ambiente in generale pulito e sufficientemente nuovo.
Qualche difficoltà a comunicare perché il personale non conosce l'inglese. La distanza dal centro storico dichiarata non corrisponde (2 km circa)

Very new and clean interiors, lovely staff, very good breakfast, about 30 minutes' walk from Registan
I would add bedside lamps
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Helpful staff, close amenities
Could do with a bedside lamp or a switch to turn the lights off from the bed area

No lift.
For disabled and people with suitcases its difficult.
Room plugs.
Only one plug in the room.
Not next to the bedroom side shelves. This made it hard to charge devices next to the bed.
In the Bathroom the shower riser was not secured on the wall and wobbled.
Breakfast was made by an unfriendly woman. Breakfast was very limited.
Entrance was behind. In a car park. The surroundings was a messy building site.
The building photos present a false view of the entrance.
No lighting switches by bed. Sharp white light snd no dimmer.
