This is an absolute top apartment and you really could not beat it for position or quality.
Bit of a palaver to get the key when you're knackered but we got there.
The apartment looks right over the tram terminus on the third floor which is interesting. No noise surprisingly. It had all mod cons including a washing machine, good fridge and very comfortable beds. Two separate rooms and a very comfortable settee and chair with a decent sized tellie.
Couldn't work out the air conditioner and there doesn't appear to be a control so we are wondering if it is generated by the Quest people. Plenty of heating and fans.
We only used the washing machine to dry some hand washed stuff. Took me a while to discover that the manual was for a Fisher & Pykel where the machine is a bang up to date Samsung. Then a while to work out that the reason it didn't switch on was because the mains plug was half out.
Same with the tellie where the speakers had been set up for something called Optical so it took a while to realise that we needed to change it to speakers. The wifi wasn't working either but again the plug had come out.
Don't worry Lexia, I'm only putting this in to stop you being too big headed with the fact that your apartment is tops.

The location of this place is the reason for staying there. It is beside the Tram junction and one block from the river and cathedral square. The apartment amenities were also very good, wifi, full kitchen and bathroom facilities were good. The CBD is close and there are many eateries and shops close by. When we did have a problem, the facility managers were reasonably fast to respond, but also did so positively.
There were too few amenities for a longer stay. They would be fine for one night but because the apartment is not serviced, there is a short supply like towels. The other thing is that I was only able to contact the management people by email, there was no quick contact to call. I felt I could have received a better outcome at a hotel or motel.

100% best location ever! Right in the heart of the city. Couldn't have been better. Great to have private parking included. Great apartment, well appointed with all the amenities you could ask for. Nice decor. Clean and tidy. Quiet too, considering the location. Tram right downstairs. So convenient.
Shower pressure was off the charts. We managed but it was pretty hard. Shower door needs attention/CRC to stop the loud squeak when opening. Bathroom fan connected to only light in bathroom and the fan is very noisy. If you don't get stimulated by noises if wouldn't bother you. I'm just hyper noise sensitive. Queen bed comfy, single not so much.
