The apartment is very comfortable. It is well equiped. The one bedroom apartnent has lake view, with a balcony over the lake. Two bathrooms - very usefull althought we were just two.
It is very safe. There's a gate that only opens with a password.
Frank is awesone!!!! He made us feel at home. He responds to every message in just a few minutes. He is extremely helpful.
One of our bags got a wheel broken at the airport, he helped us to fix it. I left the carry-on lock key inside the bag!!! He came with a tool to open it.

A bit far from downtown, but once you are on the street, and local buses pass by, they stop and ask you where you are going, and for VUV 150 each, you can travel to downtown.

We could cook our own meals which was good but limited to two pans & one pot so simple meals only. Frank the owner was easy to deal with & gave us new towels & sheets during our stay & was quick to respond to any concerns. They have their own plunge pools per apartment.
The sewage smell in toilets/shower were really bad you had to keep doors shut so you didn’t stink out apartment & finding out you had to put used toilet paper in a bin because it couldn’t be flushed.Our bedroom had a musty yucky smell which negatively affected our breathing so I think it was mildew, the beds are just a thin memory foam topper no actual mattress so not good if you have back injuries like us. Our apartment wasn’t clean upon arrival so I brought a cleaning spray & did it myself, it looked & felt like whoever lived there just left it as it was & walked out before we arrived. If these apartments all had a proper deep clean & the sewage was sorted it would have be so much nicer. There is room for improvement..
