Casa Phangan

Arnaque

Rien. Arnaque.

Le propriétaire a fait du surbooking et nous a installé dans une autre villa sans nous prévenir. Le jour de l'arrivée, le taxi nous a conduits vers une adresse située hors du quartier prévu, sans explication. Grâce au plan Booking, nous avons demandé à nous rendre à l'adresse de la villa initialement louée : sur place, nous avons constaté qu'elle était déjà occupée par d'autres vacanciers. Après plusieurs appels WhatsApp, le loueur a fini par prétexter une panne soudaine de climatisation pour masquer cette surréservation délibérée, et le taxi nous a ramenés à la première adresse. Dès notre arrivée dans ce logement de remplacement, le propriétaire a exigé une caution de 15 000 THB en espèces (maison + scooters). Face à l'absence d'alternative en soirée avec nos enfants après une journée de voyage, et par crainte légitime de perdre cette caution liquide en cas de refus, nous avons été contraints d'accepter cet hébergement imposé. Localisation non conforme : logement excentré par rapport au quartier ciblé, nous privant de l'emplacement et des proximités choisis. Nuisances de chantier et perte totale d'intimité : la maison était mitoyenne d'un chantier lourd en activité continue de 8h à 18h tous les jours. Il était strictement impossible de profiter des extérieurs en raison du bruit permanent et de la vue directe et plongeante des ouvriers sur nos espaces extérieurs. Tout repos ou sommeil était par ailleurs impossible en journée, même fenêtres fermées à l'intérieur, en raison de l'intensité des bruits de travaux. Accès dangereux : le chemin d'accès au logement était dégradé, non sécurisé et dangereux. Une réclamation est en cours depuis juillet 2026, Booking ne veut rien faire.
