Spacious rooms in a wonderful, walkable town. The room we were in was designed well, with a kitchen area perfect for longer stays.
The staff were helpful but they work up the street in another building, so it's somewhat inconvenient if you're the type of traveler who needs a lot of advice or assistance.

Apartment was very clean, plenty big enough for the 2 of us. Bed comfortable. Location is perfect, close to centre, view of Cathedral from our window but traffic noise not a problem at night. Kitchenette equipped with basic requirements for a modest microwave or salad type meal, or a takeaway from the many local eateries. Comfortable seating / dining area. Good aircon/heating allowed us to select the room temperature.
The wetroom type shower room is new and modern but a defect in the floor gradient meant the water didn't drain away and the area by the toilet remained constantly wet. Also there is no means of securing the large sash windows. A safe iis provided in the room to protect valuables and the room faces the road but we would have preferred some furthet protection.

The location was amazing, near to all of the sites, shops and not far from restaurants. Loved the shower, the bed was so comfortable and we could see the Cathedral.

Location is great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff were good and friendly and helpful
The lounge area could do with a couple of lamps so you don’t have to always have the very bright overhead lights on all the time
