Respectfully, just not worth your money or frustration
The cleaner was kind. Nothing about the place though
I am not one to write bad reviews, but after our stay, I can’t not… I’ll list what was disappointing, but most frustrating of all is that when we surfaced each problem, the response wasn’t in our favour, they weren’t proactive in apologising or making up for it, they just more said “thanks” for letting them know.
-house smelt of rotten eggs upon arrival
-Bathroom floor flooded most nights it rained
-Internet hardly worked & cut out often
-Electricity cut out randomly one night just at our stay
-Pool was merky & dirty most of the stay
-Water was either extremely hot or extremely cold & some nights we only had pure hot or pure cold
-construction is all around, so photos have been edited to show that there isn’t, but looks like it will be for next few months. Loud banging, vibrating walls workers blasting music from 630am. We were upset they made out there was nothing around. It full of construction.
-We simply asked to be moved to another room, which we were promised only to be told we can’t as people booked it they day we were supposed to move.
Paid 1.85k AUD for the month, but asked to leave after 2 /4 weeks, was only compensated one free night for all the problems within the 10 days we stayed & had to fight to get a refund which they hardly were proactive about.
